Use of the rrgg Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rrgg operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be held or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
The rrgg Platform is designed and operated primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from legally entering into these Terms & Conditions or using the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the rrgg Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances held across related accounts.
21+ Policy: rrgg is committed to preventing underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct identity verification before allowing further access. All winnings accumulated during an underage period may be withheld.
To access the full range of rrgg services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. rrgg will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your rrgg account to any third party. You may not allow any other individual to use your account to place wagers or conduct financial transactions on your behalf.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination. rrgg reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided during or after registration at any time.
All Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal. rrgg may also require KYC verification at any time during the account lifecycle, including where unusual transaction patterns are detected or where the cumulative transaction volume exceeds internal thresholds.

rrgg will make reasonable efforts to process KYC submissions within 12 to 24 hours during business days. Complex cases or documents requiring additional scrutiny may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion of the verification review.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification. In cases where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, rrgg reserves the right to close the account and return the verified deposit amount to the original payment source.
rrgg accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The full list of currently supported methods is displayed on the platform's payment page.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be rejected or returned automatically.
Deposits made via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your account instantly. Deposits via other channels may take up to 15 minutes. rrgg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, internet outages, or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
All transactions on the rrgg Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to currency conversion at prevailing market rates, and any conversion fees charged by your bank are your sole responsibility.
All funds deposited to rrgg must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. rrgg does not accept third-party payments. Deposits originating from credit cards , anonymous accounts, or unverified sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. rrgg reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification status. Players may contact customer support to request information about the limits applicable to their account.
rrgg aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 2 to 6 hours during normal operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside of standard banking hours, during Indonesian public holidays, or during scheduled maintenance periods may experience extended processing times. rrgg shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party banking institutions.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement and have been converted to real-money balance are eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, rrgg requires that withdrawals be directed to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit. rrgg reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any withdrawal destination account.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the rrgg Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms and are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received.
Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of credit. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry of the bonus validity period will be automatically forfeited without prior notice.
rrgg actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements; coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotions; using software or automated tools to take advantage of promotional offers. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via separate accounts constitutes a breach of the Single Account Policy described in Clause 2.4.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with rrgg customer support within 14 days of the event settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be reviewed. rrgg's decision on bet settlements, following review, is final and binding.
rrgg reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment; clear pricing errors or feed errors from our data providers; incomplete or corrupted game data; or evidence of match-fixing in relation to the event betted upon. In the case of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance.
rrgg is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanently. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rrgg Platform. Violation of any of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

The rrgg brand name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of the rrgg name, logo, or any confusingly similar identifier in connection with any service or product is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
rrgg strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. rrgg shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrgg's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rrgg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if rrgg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The rrgg Platform integrates third-party services including game content providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), payment processors, and data feed providers. rrgg is not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers.
A Player may close their rrgg account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts subject to open bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests may not be immediately closed until those matters are resolved.
rrgg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account with or without prior notice in circumstances including: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited; or at rrgg's sole discretion where continued account operation is deemed contrary to the Platform's integrity or regulatory obligations.
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

Any dispute arising between you and rrgg that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
